We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

If you choose to pay using a credit card your card details are encrypted and sent directly to our processor using Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI-DSS); the raw information never touches our site and is not stored. The processor returns a single-use encrypted token which is valid only when used with our account and is only valid for 30 minutes. We do store the token as a means of reference in the event that a refund or other billing issue needs to be resolved.

For payments made using Amazon or PayPal, you will authorize limited access to 1) payee name 2) shipping address 3) email address and a similar process occurs during which a token is generated and charged. Again, the token is stored for use in the event of refund or other billing related issue.
