  • Valid on orders of $50 or more, domestic ground shipping only.
  • Orders typically arrive within 3-6 business days. This offer does not apply to international or wholesale orders.
  • Unable to split orders: Orders with items going to separate addresses require placing two separate web orders.
  • Orders cannot be held for later shipment.

    Shipping Policy

    $10 Flat Rate Shipping
    We currently offer $10 Flat Rate Shipping for orders under $50 shipped within the United States (all 50 states included). Orders typically arrive within 3-6 business days. Items shipped directly from our warehouse to Alaska or Hawaii may have longer delivery times. This offer does not apply to international, Puerto Rico, or wholesale orders.

    Shipping Outside United States

    Expedited Shipping
    For orders requiring Next-Day or 2nd-Day Shipping, please contact our Customer Care department at (505)298-1964.

    Unable to Split Orders
    Orders with items going to separate addresses require placing two separate web orders. For instance, a Two-Bag Special cannot be split and sent to two separate addresses.

    Packing Slip
    Only a Packing Slip is included in the shipment. Pricing is not included on this sheet.


  • Return Policy

    If you’re not satisfied with a purchase you made, return it within 30 days for a full refund. There are just 3 conditions to our return policy:
    • Shipping charges are not refundable. If you want to return a purchase, you must pay for the cost of the return shipping, unless the return is the result of our error
    • Sale items and orders of 10 or more of the exact same item are not returnable unless damaged or defective
    • You must first request return shipping instructions by contacting us. We will refuse packages we are not expecting.

    For returns, credits to a credit card will be applied upon processing, but may not appear on your statement for one to two billing cycles.
