Community Donation Request

New Mexico Piñon Coffee is proud to support organizations making a positive difference in the communities we serve. Because we receive many requests, we use the following guidelines to help us provide support fairly and thoughtfully.

What We Support

We primarily support nonprofit organizations and community programs focused on:
  • Children and youth
  • Animal welfare
  • Military members, veterans, and their families
  • People experiencing homelessness
  • Women’s and family shelters
  • Food banks and hunger relief
  • Community health and education
  • Emergency and disaster relief
Preference is generally given to organizations serving communities in New Mexico.

What We Typically Donate

Based on availability, support may include:
  • Packaged coffee
  • Coffee house gift cards
  • Merchandise
  • Gift baskets
  • Products for raffles or silent auctions
  • Coffee or refreshments for approved events
Product donations are generally preferred over monetary contributions.

Requests We Generally Cannot Support

We typically do not provide donations for:<
  • Individuals or personal fundraising campaigns
  • Individual travel, tuition, competition, or participation expenses
  • Political campaigns or organizations
  • Religious worship, ministry, or promotional activities
  • For-profit businesses or private events
  • Requests that conflict with our company values
  • Organizations that discriminate or exclude participation based on protected characteristics
Faith-affiliated organizations may still be considered when the request supports a community service program, such as a food pantry, shelter, or emergency-relief effort.

Before You Apply

Please submit requests at least 30 days before the donation is needed.

Organizations are generally eligible to receive one donation per calendar year. Previous support does not guarantee future approval.

Submitting a request does not guarantee a donation. All requests are reviewed based on community impact, alignment with our giving priorities, timing, budget, and product availability.
