Shipping Charges & Free Shipping

We are now offering Free Ground Shipping for all orders of $50 or more shipping within the United States (all 50 states included), domestic ground shipping only.

For orders totaling $0–$49.99, a $10 flat-rate shipping fee will apply.

Orders typically arrive within 3–6 business days, but New Mexico Piñon Coffee cannot guarantee a specific transit time and is not responsible for delays within the USPS or UPS carrier systems. Items shipped directly from our roastery to Alaska or Hawaii may have longer delivery times.

This offer does not apply to orders shipping to international locations, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, or the US Virgin Islands.

Shipping Outside United States

We offer international shipping only for FPO, APO, and DPO military address. If you have trouble with our website accepting your military shipping address, please contact our Customer Care department for assistance at customercare@nmpinoncoffee.com.

For international shipping to a non-military address, we suggest the Shipito service. For more details on Shipito and how their service works, please visit shipito.com.

Expedited Shipping

At this time, expedited shipping is not available.

Unable to Split Orders

Orders with items going to separate addresses require placing two separate web orders. For instance, a Two-Bag Special cannot be split and sent to two separate addresses.

Packing Slip

Only a Packing Slip is included in the shipment. Pricing is not included on this sheet.

Held Orders

We are unable to hold orders for later shipment. Orders typically leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days of the order being placed, and arrive within 3-6 business days of being placed.

Timing

New Mexico Piñon Coffee will make every effort to ship your packages in a timely fashion. Our coffee is fresh-roasted and most orders will be shipped within 2 to 3 days of when your order was placed. To ensure that your shipment is delivered by your desired date, please refer to the shipping chart below. Orders placed on Friday afternoon will be shipped from our facility on the following Monday (excluding holidays).

Delivery dates are not guaranteed. New Mexico Piñon Coffee will make every effort to ship your package for delivery on the desired date. We recommend that your order be placed before these "last chance" dates.

NOTE: Because our coffee is fresh-roasted on demand, there may be a production lag time of up to 72 hours during the holiday season. Please anticipate your order placed between Thanksgiving Day through Christmas Day to have a few extra production days. We are sorry for the inconvenience!
